A linear tiled clone created object, could It be modified into a non linear curved object. -Thanks

Using the tiled clone creator option from Inkscape, I have drawn a linear grouped object but I have a tough time to bend the linear object into a Omega like structure(Ω). Please suggest me with clues and appreciate your time.
