You cannot. Actually 32 bits means 24 bits color + alpha channel for transparency, so when you drop transparency you should be fine. To to so you could use GIMP, Photoshop or if you have tons of images to convert take a look at imagemagick on Linux or Irfanview batch processing when on Windows.
