quiero poner marca de agua a las imagenes

Quiero poner en el diseño de un flyer una imagen y usarla como fondo acuoso, tiene alguna funcion el programa para dar a la imagen ese efecto?Gracias

You could take a look under Effect menu, if anything suits from there. But generally all effects on raster images should be done before opening these in Inkscape. You could use GIMP, Photoshop or whatever program you fancy.
