saving text as a logo

I want to create a logo using text only. How do I save it so when i import it to my website I get the logo not the logo and whole page?

If you have any other elements there, delete these, then use Ctrl+Shift+D dialog to resize the page. Also you might want to convert the text to path with Ctrl+Shift+C.
