Calligraphy settings problem

I want to change the THINNING setting for the BRUSH mode, but doing so reverts it to NO PRESET. In fact, changing ANY default setting causes the NO PRESET mode to kick in. Can you help? Thanks, Leon

That's expected (although it doesn't work every time).
When you change any of the settings, it is not exactly that preset anymore. You could then save your settings as a new preset, or load the previous preset again.
