.dmg of Inkscape 0.48.3

I cannot compile Inkscape 0.48.3 for Mac OS X Lion, so can you provide a *.dmg for easy installation? Extensions are not running with 0.48.2 on Lion as described at Bug #819209.

Precompiled packages of Inkscape 0.48.3.1 will be provided (and the bug fix release officially announced on inkscape.org) once the Mac OS X packagers have had the time (and resources) to create and upload them (yes, we are all waiting… ;-) ).

In the meantime, do you want to try to make extensions work with Inkscape 0.48.2? It's a single line of text which needs to be inserted into a "text file" (actually a shell script) inside the application bundle. I could try to give you step-by-step instructions (see also <https://answers.launchpad.net/inkscape/+question/194132#comment-4>).
