TRYING TO DESIGN & SAVE A TRANSPARENT LOGO. WHEN EVER I EXPORT BITMAP I KEEP GETTING THE WHITE BLOTCH IN THE MIDDLE

Have you worked through the tutorials? Particular the boolean section in Help > Tutorials > Advanced?

If you can't see a fix there then you need to make available your output PNG and your source SVG files so someone can have a look at them.

That's probably because you have a white blotch in the middle. Learn about using masks.
