Move '0' rule's point

How to move the '0' rules point? In Ai and Xara it's possible by moving '0' point by mouse to a new place on the rule.

It is not possible in Inkscape to modify the origin of the GUI coordinate system (the position of the GUI origin is fixed in the lower left corner of the page).
