Missing attribute entry box on xml dialogue

I cannot change any value on the xml dialogue as I could`nt find anymore the entry box dialogue, please see the difference between Inkscape on Ubuntu 11.10 and Windows Seven

Unfortunately, the new custom scroll bars implemented by Ubuntu break several UI dialogs in Inkscape (there's a similar issue with the 'Text > Glyphs…' dialog, as well as e.g. with the default height of the layer list in the 'Layers…' dialog).

The issue has already been reported as
