low resolution

The image created by inkscape as vectorized is still very low resolution.I need an image of more than 300 dpi

There is no such thing as resolution for vector data, because vector data is scalable.

Resolution starts making sense for Inkscape in two cases related to exporting:

1. When you export to PNG via "File > Export to Bitmap".
2. When you export to PDF (and maybe EPS), and you have SVG filters applied to vector objects, so you need to rasterize these vector objects.

In both cases you can manually define dpi.

It could help if you provided more information:

1. What your desired file format is.
2. Whether you use masks or SVG filters in your document.
