how can i create a measured text box

2 ways:
First Way:
Draw a rectangle to the size you want.

Type the text

Select all the text , Press Shift and match the increase of text to the box and then use alignment tool to match up with the box

Second Way:

Type some text

Click on the text

Top of the screen under option you can change the parameter of the current pixel settings ( there is a picture of a lock) Left of the lock is x Axis and right of the lock is y Axis .

Change it to the size you want.
