i want to export parts of my svg file to jpg and export only has png option...please tell me how to make a jpg from svg

You have to use an external application.

On MS Windows for example you could use Paint.net or TheGIMP, open the images and then save them as JPEG.

This is very often requested and should have been easy to find by searching the previous Answers.
