What is the best way to draw filled triangles

I would like to draw filled triangle - what is the best way to do this?

Equilateral triangles - polygon tool.

Irregular triangles - path tool, 3 clicks and then a fourth on the first point to close the shape.

Right-angle triangles - rectangle tool, object to path, remove a point.

The "best way" will depend on the shape and how many and in what arrangement. Generally speaking giving more detail in your question will yield a more useful and fulfilling answer.
