Am I able to draw model ship kit parts?

I am trying to draw Model Shipway's USS Constitution model ship kit parts, then eventually have the parts drawn in 3D.

Sounds like you need a CAD application?

Also be aware that the shape of parts in Model Shipway's kits will almost certainly be protected by copyright and/or design rights in your country.
