Inkscape

does inkscape run with window vista ?

I used inkscape to make a try, and made a draw yesterday.I registered it normally in a file.
When i opened my computer this morning a message said that the system was restoring because of a so called defect of the system
When the programm finished to restore my draw had disapeared. ???

Hello,

I sometimes use Inkscape on Vista, but never had that kind of issue. It's difficult to say, but it seems that the restoration system removed you file for an unknown reason. Does it happen regularly, or did it just failed once?
