This questions board is for questions pertaining to the use of Inkscape vector graphics application.

If you've a question about Microsoft Publisher then this isn't the place to ask it. Perhaps try a Microsoft forum?

Hello,

If your file is a bitmap, you can import it in a new Inkscape document, trace it with Path>Trace Bitmap, and then export it as PNG (transparency is kept if you used an unmodified default template). Of course you can also reuse the SVG file if Publisher supports it.

Regards.

Can you help with this problem?
