Can I change the window color of Inkscape?

How can I change the window color of Inkscape (i.e. skin) In windows 7 32 bit? I have seen screen shots with different window colors such as black and I would like to do the same. THank you.

IIRC by default Inkscape uses skin from WIndows, so you really have to change that. The screenshots you probably refer to are made on Linux.
