How to create a text+image logo in vectorial?

I would create a logo for my website. the logo is composed of text and image.

the name of the website is E-BOOKING.COM. Instead to have the "-" between E and B, i would insert an image star.

my problem is how i can create with inkscape this logo in vectorial.
