new version missing: effects>send to signcut

Hello I upgraded my inkscape to use with my vinyl cutter machine, there used to be a menu item called effects. When I went there i saw send to sign cut, and it worked! now with the new version, I see extensions, but it still does not give me the option to send to sign cut.

Any help would be appreciated!

The "Send to SignCut" command is a third-party extension that was probably removed when you upgraded Inkscape. You need to reinstall this extension, or use the version of Inkscape provided by SignCut.
