how cut and put on new page

it is the most basic function, but i can't get a clip from one page to a new blank page

There is no multipage support yet. You need to paste into a separate document (File->New).

Instead of pasting into a separate doc you could select what you were going to paste, then invert the selection, delete what's now selected leaving your wanted parts and save under a new filename.
