Copying from View-Display Mode-Outline to Normal

Asked by Abimahnyu

Hi,

I have a drawing template with curves and text, which I can see using View -> Display Mode -> Outline but nothing shows up in the Normal mode. How do I copy everything from one mode to another?

greatly appreciate any help on this.

Thanks,
Abimahnyu

Hi,

It could happen when the objects are white or have no fill and stroke at all.
Could you try to select your drawing (Ctrl+A) and change its color?

Note that the display mode is not a kind of layer, and that you can't copy anything from a mode to another. Modes just change the way your drawing is rendered on the canvas. But the objects are strictly the same in all modes.
