menu question

does inkscape 0.46 also have the extensions somwhere in the menu? I can't find it. or its new and only in 0.47, because almoust all the tutorials are based on 0.47.

Hi,

In Inkscape 0.46, all the extensions are in the Effects menu.
It has been renamed Extensions and reorganized in 0.47.
