Comment 17 for bug 590719

- cannot reproduce the bug using Windows 7, 32 bit, Inkscape 0.91 r13725 (Jan 30 2015)
- I have disabled Aero-Snap as indicated in comment 14
- Preferences settings are as shown in the attached bitmap:

- could you indicate which version of Inkscape and also which installer, 32 bit, 64 bit, .msi, .exe?
- could you try these preferences to see if they make any difference?
