Hi Alvin,

that version looks great.

But I've still attached my latest version. It contains additional to my version from the 14.03.:
- Alvin's HATCH code
- addition to the DIMENSION stuff (still based on my code) that takes care of the text size
- much better handling of dashed lines (i.e. taking care of scale now)

Additional to your code my still supports:
- BLOCK and INSERT (which is necessary for a DXF file that's important for me)
- probably a few minor things

=> now we just need to join both versions and everything should be fine :)
(except that the HATCH should support patterns...)

To avoid duplicate development: who should do that task? You or me?
