@Baditaflorin - you can inform yourself about Inkscape's bug management, and the difference between 'Fix Committed' and 'Fix Released' e.g. here:

The current bug status 'Fix Committed' does not claim that this feature is already available for Windows users in a _released_ stable version (else the bug status would be 'Fix Released', with a milestone of a stable released version).
The feature will be available for Windows users in the next major version 0.49 (see the 'Milestone' set for the report), and can be tested in current development snapshot builds (also available for Windows). Issues with this new feature in current trunk are tracked in separate reports.
