Patch to add this feature as a new submenu to the Edit menu

Edit > Select Same > Fill and Stroke
Edit > Select Same > Fill
Edit > Select Same > Stroke

Also added "Select Same Fill and Stroke" to the context menu.

Not sure if that is the best UI location for this feature...
Suggestions and improvements more that welcome...
