Converting stroke to path now correctly processes dashed
strokes. For paths with markers, this command now creates a
group containing the stroke converted to path and all its
markers as independent objects (i.e. they are not markers
anymore, but instead you can easily transform them or paint
them any color, as a workaround for the "markers don't take
the color of the stroke" bug; to be properly fixed, this bug
requires implementing some SVG 1.2 features).
