Comment 11 for bug 1638373

I have the same problem and I tried installing from PPA, but then I get:

 inkscape : Depends: libpoppler58 (>= 0.41.0) but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

I only have libpoppler61, not 58, in my packages.
