problem

i have a problem, im trying to install sticky notes on ubuntu 17.10 with:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:umang/indicator-stickynotes
sudo apt update and the shell throw me an error:
http://ppa.launchpad.net/umang/indicator-stickynotes/ubuntu artful Release
  404 Not Found
