delete notes

Kept the notes hidden and when I went to see them all disappeared, erased. The only difference is that the operating system was updated a few weeks ago

Can you look in the ~/.config/indicator-stickynotes file? Is there any data there? If not, depending on how you upgraded your OS, your notes were probably lost. If your notes are in that file, I suggest backing up that file and trying re-open Indicator Stickynotes.
