indicator resets the panel on click or mouse over

Whenever I want to do anything on the volume indicator it restarts the whole top panel like if If i were doing a killall unity-panel-service, I don't really know how to debug this, I don't think it is application related, but I use Guayadaque if it helps
also it happened on the 64bit computer and not the 32 one

let me know if I should file this in bugs
