The Sound Menu

If indicator-sound does not start, how do I get it started/running? Running 11.10, and after the latest dist-upgrade I lost my sound volume slider. :-(

After upgrading to 11.10 Oneiric, I don't get a sound volume slider anymore: http://anders.fupp.net/test/panel.png

How to get it back?!?

Changing theme and back solves this issue for me, also some missing icons as well.

Sorry for the delay. Could you tell what theme you were using when you noticed that there were icons missing ?
