Parameters for Default Command preference

Asked by JulioHM

I'm not sure if I missed this in the documentation, but here it goes.

I wish to configure Preferences > Standard Reminders > Default Comand.

So here, I can place any command line app I want to. But how exactly can I pass the reminder values as parameters to this command line? Usually apps will provide some syntax to add values from the application into the command line, something like

/usr/bin/myapp $reminder_title $reminder_msg

During runtime, param variables will be replaced by the actual values of the reminder being triggered. Does Indicator-Remindor has any support for this?

Kind regards.

In the newly release 13.01.1 you can now add some parameters just like you could for notes. Check out the in app documentation for the complete list (or just hit the edit button next to the command box).
Thanks for the suggestion!
