Return of Indicator Items

Hi there!

As seen on revision #137 (http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~indicator-multiload/indicator-multiload/trunk/revision/137), Indicator Items were removed due bad implementation but I actually use it (version 0.4) and prefer instead of the graphs.

Is it possible to revert it in a way we can use multiple indicators, just like we have with graphs?

In 0.4 there's a list of Indicators but only one is showed, it would be nice if all of them could be shown at the same time and graphs would not be an obligatory feature. Indicators can be very useful and clean.

In my use case, I've changed the network indicator to "⬇️ $(speed(net.down)) ⬆️ $(speed(net.up))" and they look really good and useful.
