transparent color

Asked by blekm

hi,

I wonder how can I select a transparent color on the color picker ( I don't have the horizontal opacity toggle) . I would like to set the mem:cache to be transparent.

I actually want to remove that field full and I thought I did

Mem: $(size(mem.user))

but it still shows a color.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi,

if you go to preferences->advanced, you should be able to select a trace and switch visible to off.

Hi,

if I open preferences there is no Advanced option anywhere.

Hi,

you need to use a version >= 0.4 I think. For older Ubuntu versions, look at the PPAs at https://launchpad.net/indicator-multiload.

great, thanks, I didn't realize I was using an old version. All sorted now.

Thanks again.
