probably been asked before, but for me it would be great if I could add remote services to this task. Is this possible? or should a fork be done from the trunk?

Asked by reignfire

as many people I am sure, I have instances running all over the web, would be great to have them also on the task bar menu (would make life easier!). I guess I have two questions, (A) how hard would it to be to run this via a service (SSH/Tunnel etc). If point A is too hard, couldn't we put a deamon mode on it so we could not only see the computer we are on, but also all the processors and instances we have root or SU on? Probably way out of scope, and a different project surely and needs a fork. Anyone thinking the same? or has this already been done, and I am blind in the light.?!

Hi reignfire,

I think this is out of scope for the project.

I don't know of any project that does exactly that, but e.g. byobu shows you the status in a terminal.

Cheers
