How do I make System Load Indicator start automaticly when I turn on my computer?

Asked by Devin Lozano

Sorry if this is an easy fix, I've only been using ubuntu for 3 days now. I can manually start the app when I log on, but I want it to autorun when I power up. If it helps I'm running 12.04 LTS, and I haven't changed any settings

Hi Devin,

yeah this is a known bug :-(.

The best fix is to install the ppa at ppa:indicator-multiload/stable-daily to your software sources (see https://launchpad.net/~indicator-multiload/+archive/stable-daily), and update the indicator to the newer version provided there.

Best regards
