Disable level 0

Hi, thanks for that great indicator.

I use it with my ASUS Zenbook UX303LNB and Ubuntu 16.04 where Fn keys are not working …

But:
  Is it possible to disable (or make it optional) the brightness level 0? – Sometimes I scroll too fast and my display is only dark (= level 0).
I prefer to have level 1 as the lowest brightness level.
