Unfortunately, there is no way to do that. I linked the existing bug you are apparently already subscribed to.

I must must add my disappointing. I think that 60 sec delay is very useful feature. It is not any way to make it again_?

Hey pat and igor, if you want it back please consider going to Bug #398687 (which is linked to this question) and mark yourself as affected and subscribe to it. :)

I am marking this question as invalid as there is already a bug report for it.
