how to make my iHRIS appliance to be on automatically in case if power is on/off

If the power goes off the appliance turn off if the UPS BACKUP is off and if the power come on, The appliance is not on automatically till you press on button. Now is there any possibility do make it on if the power comes on

You can try installing and configuring nut. There are some instructions here:

although I have not tried them myself on the appliance yet. We should be getting
another appliance in the next few weeks. Once that is done, I will write up specific
instructions on configuring the appliance with UPS.

What was the UPS you are using?
