No option for adding information about scanned paper records and self-service

Hey all, just joined iHRIS as an implementer/developer. I'm still learning about the system. We currently have a demo and a live system hosted, and I have noticed that in the live one, there is no option for adding scanned paper records or self-service information when creating a person. Is there any part of the system that I have to customize to make this options available?

You can turn this module on by going into:
  Configure System
  Configure Modules
  Sub-Modules to the right of iHRIS Common
  Sub-Modules to the right of iHRIS Person
  Select the check-box next to "Archived Person Passport Photo" or "Person Resume"
 Click the Enable button
