Required training in Manage

In some databases a method of tracking training due versus training completed is offered.
The simplest form is having an entered or "scheduled" training versus a "completed" training.
The "scheduled" training records are sometimes set to auto generate at the expiration of the previous
completed record. Or can be generated en masse based rules associated with the training requirements of
a "Cadre", position, or job category.
Our company has different training requirements for different employees based on the requirements of multiple
accreditation, licensing, and regulatory entities. In addition these requirements vary based on the which types of
service the employee is performing (and there may be more than one), what location they are providing services in,
and even the type of facility the service is delivered in.
The question is, How would I go about establishing a method of comparing completed training against
the training required? Can Qualify accomplish this in its current form? Can it accomplish this with minor/reasonable modification?

This has been changed to refer to iHRIS Manage instead of Qualify. A feature request has been added because this would be a customization to the current training module.

After talking with Luke, I see that I am misunderstanding the use of Qualify.
I should pose this question in regards to how to accomplish the same with the training module in MANAGE.
