User interface menu formatting

In the iHRIS Malawi System, go to "configure system --> Administer database" then sort the text menus by length same way the text under "Demographic Lists" menu have been formatted in revno 221.

You need to edit the "lists.html" file

I am failing to committ because of that error solutions please

ERROR: Cannot lock LockDir(chroot-83705616:///%2Bbranch/ihris-manage-malawi/.bzr/branch/lock): Transport operation not possible: readonly transport

Can you just break the lock with
bzr break-lock
