Any updates about the shortest paths problem in windows?
.I could not get all the shortest paths for weighted graphs.

You can get the latest nightly build from the same place where you downloaded the earlier one you were using:

Hi
I tried to install the latest nighty version (2369) on a new machine with windows 7 but had some problems,
do you guys have any link to a complete step by step manual how to get the igraph installed correctly in R under windoes 7?

No, I don't even have windows 7. See the R windows administration manual and FAQ, and the R build service at
http://win-builder.r-project.org/ for building binary R packages.
