Is it possible to get igotu2gpx to work when device is in USB hub

Asked by mikko

I have the i-gotU GT-120 device that I'd wish to connect to my USB hub, but then igotu2gpx doesn't find it. It works ok when connected to the internal USB ports on my iMac though. Could it be possible to change igotu2gpx so that I could use this device in my hub?

Would it work, if I could define two devices in preferences?

Like this:
Hub: usb:050d:0237
GT-120: usb:0df7:0900

You should be able to use the GPS tracker on a usb hub (at least it works for me). It could be that there is something weird about the hub though (maybe related to timing etc.), but there is not much I can do about it. There are some limitations in the current usb driver implementation, but as it mostly works this will take some time to fix.

Can you help with this problem?
