One Hundred Papercuts

How to add existing bugs?

I was looking to add an already reported bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/274405) to this project, but could not find a way to do so. Do I have to re-report that bug all over again to this project?

I think I figured it out. One has to go to the existing bug report and add Hundred Paper Cuts to the "also affects project" link.

Can we just do this for any bug we think might be valid, and they'll mark it invalid if it's not appropriate?
