Hugin does not work anymore

Hello!
Hugin was doing an excellent job with my panorama photos. Then suddenly it went insane.

Hugin created e beautiful panorama from them: https://ibb.co/FVqhMNd

Then few day later it started scrambling images, instead joining them. I tried with the same 3 photos shown above and now it wont join them but show a complete non sense: https://ibb.co/hK4j96B

I uninstalled it and installed the latest version of Hugin, but it did not help.
Please, can you help me resolve the problem?

There is probably a wrong entry in the camera/lens database from one of the last stitches. The database is not removed by uninstalling.
