Center Panorama by image selection or pixel

Asked by Elizabeth Godkin

I have a 360 panorama created from stitching 6 images, and I would like make one of the images the center of the panorama.

Currently, I have used the 'Center' and 'Straighten' tools in the Panorama Preview window; however, I would like to center the pano with higher precision than my visual perception, and a click...

Is there a way to center a pano around pixel values, or by selecting a photo?

I would greatly appreciate any input!

In the fast panorama preview you can also move the panorama with numeric values. E.g. take the yaw from the desired image and move the whole panorama by the negative of this yaw value.

Another way is to use the "old" panorama preview. Here you can click in the pano and center it at this point.

Can you help with this problem?
