How do I install Hugin on Windows 10 64version?

I downloaded the Tar file and unzipped it, getting another zipped file, which I also unzipped.

What do I do next? How do I install the program on windows?

You need to download the installer file (msi).
The tar.gz file contains the source code and needs to be compiled.

Hi,
I downloaded the .msi file successfully after trying for many hours. I would download a little bit over 38MB and then it would give up.
The propblem is solved - it was just a matter of trying again every few minutes until eventually a download succeeded.
