hugin 2017.0 portable

As far as I see the newest available portable package is 2015.0 (https://sourceforge.net/projects/hugin/files/hugin/hugin-2015.0/Hugin_2015.0.0_64bit.7z/download).

Since that version that only installers of hugin for windows users are available.

Is there a chance to create a windows portable package of latest hugin 2017.0?
